The pairing cycle is from August 2026 to July 2027. In order to ensure the effectiveness of the help, each pair of mentoring has formulated detailed half-year goals and annual goals. At the pairing ceremony, the apprentices follow the tradition of worshipping their teachers, expressing their sincerity in respecting their teachers and seeking advice with an open mind. The two sides solemnly signed an agreement to clarify their responsibilities and obligations. In the next step, the company will carry out the whole process tracking and annual overall evaluation of the mentoring work, focusing on the assessment of the effectiveness of mentoring, the improvement of apprentice skills, the cultivation of style, the actual work performance and the participation of innovation and efficiency creation.
