To thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, to put into practice the work arrangements set forth at the 2026 Work Conference between the Group Company and Anhui Mining Machinery, and to listen to the voices of young employees and address their concerns, the Youth League Committee of Anhui Mining Machinery convened a theoretical study meeting on the morning of January 28, with the participation of 20 young League members.

Deep Study and Thorough Comprehension: Solidifying the Ideological Foundation

The meeting, centered on “theoretical grounding plus policy implementation,” focused on studying the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, the company’s key annual priorities, and young employees’ individual career plans. By translating abstract theoretical principles into concrete, everyday work issues, the session helped young staff clarify, through intellectual exchange, a shared path of growth that aligns personal development with corporate advancement. As one young participant remarked, “I used to think theoretical study was distant and irrelevant; now I realize that only by anchoring ourselves in the right ideological direction can we navigate our careers effectively—this is the most practical ‘guide to growth.’”

A Constant Reminder: Keeping Integrity on High Alert

The meeting organized a group viewing of the integrity‑education short film “If.” Using real‑world cases, the film vividly illustrates the consequences of disciplinary and legal violations, reminding participants to strictly adhere to disciplinary red lines, fortify their ideological defenses, and embrace the principle of integrity—“upright heart, upright conduct, upright style.” Attendees unanimously pledged to start by standardizing every document and every transaction, thereby becoming “young guardians” of the company’s clean and upright development environment.

This youth theoretical study session served both as a “refresher” for the mind and an “empowerment” for action. The young members who attended returned to their posts brimming with insights; their notebooks bear not only annotations of key theoretical points but also action checklists tailored to their respective roles. Moving forward, the Anhui Mining Machinery Youth League Committee will continue to strengthen its efforts in youth theoretical education, ensuring that such learning becomes the “ballast stone” propelling young people’s growth and development.
