The No. 1075 longwall face at Yangliu Coal Mine is the first fully intelligent longwall face in the history of Huaibei Mining Group. This face employs an advanced integrated mining technology that seamlessly integrates a shearer, a conveyor, and hydraulic supports—the “three‑machine” system.

On January 19, our company’s Qingyu‑brand hydraulic supports, together with the three auxiliary machines required for the system, successfully completed their first joint commissioning and testing on the surface. The equipment will soon be lowered into the mine for installation, with completion and commissioning expected by mid-March this year.

1075 The intelligent fully mechanized mining face is equipped with both electro-hydraulic control and visualization systems for its shearer and support units. Through a centralized control unit located in the machine roadway, the face’s “three‑machine” equipment—shearer, conveyor, and hydraulic supports—is operated remotely with information‑based, digital, visual, and precision‑oriented control over cutting, advancing, shifting, and conveying processes. This separation of personnel from machinery ensures safety, quality, efficiency, and integrated operations.
