On the morning of January 20, the Fourth Session of the Sixth Congress of Employees and Trade Union Members of Anhui Mining Machinery, together with the 2025 Work Conference, opened to the solemn strains of the National Anthem. Wang Xuefeng, a member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of the Group Company, was invited to attend and provide guidance. Also in attendance were senior leaders of Anhui Mining Machinery at or above the level of deputy chief engineer, including Cao Huaye, Zhuo Shujie, He Xuelong, Li Dong, Chen Guoping, Xie Pengfei, Zhu Jinyu, Chen Hu, and Liu Gang.
At the meeting, Zhuo Shujie, Deputy Secretary of the Company’s Party Committee and General Manager, delivered an administrative work report titled “Uphold Pragmatism and Earnest Efforts to Turn Losses into Profits, and Strive Unremittingly to Ensure a Strong Start to the Company’s 15th Five-Year Plan.” He emphasized that 2026 marks the inaugural year of the 15th Five-Year Plan, and that all levels of the company must remain guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. It is imperative to comprehensively implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the successive plenary sessions of the 20th Central Committee, the important speeches and instructions delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping during his inspection tour of Anhui, as well as the guiding principles from the central and provincial economic work conferences. With the 15th Five-Year Plan as the overarching framework, the company should proactively carry out the annual work plan outlined in the “132831” framework, ensuring the successful achievement of all targets and tasks for the year. He called for unwavering determination in the face of challenges, a bold spirit of striving, a sense of responsibility, and diligent, pragmatic efforts, focusing on the following four key areas: First, vigorously expand the market to secure the attainment of business objectives. Continue to deepen the market strategy of “anchored in the province, supported by the Northwest, supplemented by the Southwest, underpinned by synergy, and exploring international opportunities,” while working tirelessly to generate revenue and deliver value. This includes refining the marketing system, upgrading marketing approaches, strengthening customer relationship management, enhancing cross‑functional marketing collaboration, and building a robust marketing team. Second, deepen reform and innovation to continuously unleash endogenous momentum. Advance reforms to the management system, further strengthen oversight and control over subsidiaries, deepen institutional and mechanism reforms related to talent development, intensify efforts to attract high‑caliber professionals, improve labor and workforce management, uphold a merit‑based personnel management and appointment system, and further refine the “ABCD” performance appraisal framework. At the same time, promote technological innovation, drive the digital and intelligent transformation of production workshops, launch smart factory projects, advance the digitalization and coordination of manufacturing processes, and accelerate the implementation of other strategic initiatives. Third, elevate management standards to lay a solid foundation for steady and sustainable development. Focus on cost reduction and efficiency gains, reinforce accounts receivable collection, strengthen safety, environmental protection, and quality management, and fortify compliance safeguards. Fourth, enhance work style and effectiveness, fostering unity and shared progress. Rigorously follow up on inspection rectifications and fully leverage their outcomes. Cultivate a pragmatic work ethic and improve execution efficiency. Uphold a people‑centered approach to enhance employee well‑being.
He Xuelong, Deputy Secretary of the Company’s Party Committee and Chairman of the Trade Union, delivered a trade union work report titled “Strengthen Capabilities Through Practical Action, Pool Strengths, Forge Ahead with Determination, and Lead All Employees to Secure a New Victory at the Outset of the 15th Five-Year Plan.” He noted that over the past year, Anhui Mining Machinery’s trade union, closely aligned with the annual “132241” strategic framework, united and inspired employees to press forward with vigor, injecting momentum into the company’s reform, development, and stability, and successfully completing all planned tasks. He emphasized that in 2026, the union will remain guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, thoroughly implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the successive plenary sessions of its 20th Central Committee, and fully carry out the important instructions delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping at the ceremony marking the 100th anniversary of the founding of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and the National Conference Commending Model Workers and Advanced Contributors. The union will focus on “one central theme,” follow “a unifying thread,” adhere to a “five‑heart orientation,” build a “five‑type” trade union, and rally and mobilize all employees to strive courageously for a new victory at the outset of the 15th Five-Year Plan.
Cao Huaye, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the company, delivered a concluding address titled “Seize Opportunities, Firm Up Confidence, Do Everything Possible to Win the Battle for Turning Losses into Profits, and Strive to Usher in a New Era of High-Quality Development.” He reviewed the year’s achievements and shortcomings, objectively assessed both the overall macroeconomic environment and industry trends, and articulated the company’s strategic plan for the 15th Five-Year Period. He emphasized the need to align with the overarching “131” strategy and the “53321” development goals set for this period, stressing that the first step toward reversing losses and boosting profitability lies in transforming mindsets. He called for further consolidating a shared vision of development—“running together”—demonstrating a sense of responsibility and commitment to “shouldering challenges collectively,” and reaffirming unwavering confidence and determination to succeed. In line with the 2026 work blueprint of “132831,” he urged all efforts to secure orders and safeguard the overall business outlook; to cut costs and navigate difficulties; to settle outstanding receivables and mitigate risks; to invest in R&D and strengthen capabilities; to deepen reform and invigorate operations; to advance planning and drive transformation; and to attract talent and build a robust workforce. As a key initiative, he launched a year-long, company-wide campaign—spanning all departments and employees—focused on “studying ideology, identifying weaknesses, strengthening management, and transforming work styles.” This effort aims to raise awareness, enhance competencies, elevate standards, and foster synergy, ensuring that all objectives and tasks are effectively implemented and yield tangible results. Finally, he called on all cadres and employees to join forces, stand united, and move forward together toward our established goals—facing daunting tasks as one team, striving for our dreams and working tirelessly for our collective well-being.
At the meeting, Xie Pengfei, the company’s deputy general manager, presented the report on safety and environmental protection.
